Our story

We run projects for a living.
We live on a boat on purpose.

Who we are

We're Alia and Hayden. Alia has spent more than ten years running website and brand projects inside creative agencies. Hayden comes from the same world: web builds, CRM and market research.

We live aboard YellowBelly, a 1997 Hunter 430, with our family. That makes us customers of exactly the businesses we work for. We book the slips, hire the riggers and shop for the gear.

We started Wayfinder Workshop because the businesses boaters depend on deserve better websites than most of them have.

Plan before you leave the dock.

We map the whole project before anyone designs a thing.

02

Everything aboard earns its place.

No bloat. Your site gets what it needs and nothing it doesn't.

03

Know how to fix it yourself.

We build sites you can update with confidence, so small changes never have to wait on anyone.

04

The weather changes. Stay calm.

Plans shift mid-project. We adjust without the drama.
